Overview

FlatironDragados is an industry leading organization at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to build critical infrastructure projects. Our growing Human Resources team is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead HRIS initiatives for the organization and administer and maintain the enterprise applications governing the flow of employment data. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts, business application experts, IT team members, vendors, and the broader HR team to ensure  accurate, secure, and compliant HRIS systems.

What you will be doing

  • Leads the project management of HRIS implementations, upgrades, and system rollouts. 
  • Oversees the functionality, users and security permissions for core Human Resource systems.
  • Researches and troubleshoots issues if/when they arise.
  • Escalates issues, as appropriate, by creating support tickets and working with vendor(s) to resolve.
  • Researches, escalates, and resolves unexpected results or process flaws within HR systems.
  • Oversees all system implementations, configurations, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provides advanced analytical reporting and analysis to help drive informed decisions.
  • Maintains data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data and resolving issues.
  • Creates documentation and training materials to provide guidance, expertise and technical support to system end users in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Leads HRIS training initiatives through providing hands-on education and on-demand training solutions.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to understand full scope and impact of system configurations, process flows and end user affects before deployment.
  • Recommends improvements for Human Resources technology processes and systems design.
  • Manages and maintains data across all HR systems, including applicant tracking, onboarding, employee records, and talent management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and system protocols.
  • Champions the relationships with HRIS vendors to facilitate new updates, releases and outstanding technical support issues.
  • Manages program documentation, issues tracking, and end user training.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.
  • Support published corporate policies.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience required.
  • HRIS System experience including but not limited to Learning Management Systems (LMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HCM applications such as Dayforce, JD Edwards E1, iCIMS, and SharePoint are preferred.
  • Experience with leading HRIS implementations is preferred.
  • Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices for system implementations.
  • Superior analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective, value-adding solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR guidelines and best practices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR requirements in compliance and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to support both the system end user as well as translate system requirements to technical teams.
  • Ability to lead implementations, act as a main vendor point of contact, and support trainings.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
